Main construction and installation items:

The construction part also includes jobs from surveying, positioning elevation & coordinates of construction site to construction work, finishing items, installing equipment. In addition, there also performance of services during the construction process such as electricity and water, temporary construction roads, offices, construction sites for temporary camps, construction yards, material storage yards, and material warehouses....

Internal Road Construction

The internal road system is designed and constructed using crushed stone material for paving the road.

Construction order:

·       Locate the route.

·       Dig, remove the topsoil and inspect for preparation of the roadbed.

·       Lay out the geotextile layer.

·       Fill the foundation layer by layer, compact it to ensure K≥0.95 until the design level is reached.

·       Construction of pavement layer.

Newly constructed internal roads are used during project construction and may continue to be used locally during the operational phase of the project.

Turbine Tower Foundations Using Monopile Foundation Method

Turbine tower foundation plays the role of ensuring the stability of the wind turbine, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the turbine under the load-bearing conditions of the turbine pole itself, wind conditions and earthquake. The pole of the wind turbine is placed on the monopile pylons (which is one of the most commonly constructed turbine foundation options in the world) with steel cylinder sizes from 5m-6m; steel cylinder length from 55m-60m. The position of each wind turbine as well as the poles of the wind turbine is accurately located on the site by GPS technology or total stations with high accuracy.

The construction steps of the turbine monopile foundation are as follows:

·       Step 1: Locate the position of the centre of the monopile steel pipe pile

·       Step 2: Carrying out monopile pile driving with specialized equipment

·       Step 3: Install the working platform system on the top of the pile and connect to the pile body by specific methods.

·       Step 4: Carry out the construction of the foundation rock layer to protect the coal pile area adjacent to the seabed.

·       Step 5: Carry out finishing works to prepare for the installation of the wind tower and connection to the underground cable system.


Subsation and Operation house construction

The substation area is located on vacant land, levelled with a 1-storey building structure, covered with unburnt brick walls, the bearing structure is a reinforced concrete system, above are steel wooden beams, roof corrugated iron, below is reinforced concrete floor.

Bridge construction

The item of Bridge/Pedestrian Bridge is one of the important items of the Hiep Thanh Wind Power Plant Project for the purpose of servicing the maintenance and operation, combined with the purpose of developing tourism services of the province. local. Therefore, the implementation of the design and construction of this item is necessary and urgent (because the construction work depends a lot on the specific climatic conditions of the region and the locality)
