FILLED NEW YEAR WITH THE COMMUNITY
Aiming to help the poor with low incomes and very difficult circumstances have a happy Tet and a good opportunity to strengthen relationships with local people, creating a positive impact on communities in communes of Hiep Thanh, Hiep My Tay, Hiep My Dong, Long Son and My Long Nam, in February 2021, representatives of EcoTech Tra Vinh Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Provincial People's Comittee to handed 297 food packages to 297 households in 5 communes. In which each package contain 5kg of rice, 1 bottle of fish sauce, 1 liter of cooking oil, 2 kg of sugar, 1 box of seasoning powder, 1 box of cake and 1 bottle of soy sauce to people in the project area.
This initiative is part of the Community Development Program of the Hiep Thanh Wind Power Project. The purpose of this program is to ensure that the Hiep Thanh Wind Project contributes to society in a powerful way and at the same time receives the continued support of the broader community that the project forms a part of and serve.
The handover ceremony had been carried out from February 1st to February 6th, 2021 at the halls of the People's Committees of 5 communes. A little spot light in the event, as people picking up food packages, everyone used their own bags to reduce the use of plastic bags and protect the environment.
